Many qualities and skills go into being a top-notch real estate professional -- integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Huntsville real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach, and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. That's why I made it my business to earn my Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation, my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)designation, and my Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designation in my first three years as a Realtor.
In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

- Staging Your Home to Sell! Here's where my 12 years' experience as an art director for Emmy-winning television shows like SOAP, Benson, Night Court, It's A Living, and Amen come in handy.
- Welcome to Huntsville! Relocation Services. When I moved to Huntsville from Los Angeles in 1994, I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. I found clean green fields and mountains, well-preserved historic districts, a vibrant cultural life, well-educated and warmly welcoming people -- and nothing that looked like L.A. traffic! The Huntsville metro area has only improved since then, and I'd consider it a privilege to show it to you.
I am certified as a Cartus Network Referral Specialist and as a Cartus Network Affinity Specialist. I've also completed the USAA MoversAdvantage Training Program.
